On the face of it, fitting out two different warehouses on the same site may not seem so complex. But, with two vastly different tenant requirements, our team had to adapt quickly. One required a food-grade commercial setup with a walk-in freezer at below-zero temperatures and the other needed a state-of-the-art office space.
- Extreme temperature installations? We found the right materials and work practices to withstand temperatures of -20°C.
- Changing project scopes? We remained agile and responsive
- Green Star compliance? Given that the majority of our projects are completed to these standards, we ensured every step met sustainability parameters.
