FAQ

Electrical Design and build
We have the experience to deliver on your electrical project, whatever the size, precisely as you want. Our quotes accurately reflect what the costs of your project will be – and commercial reality is the other driver of our value-added engineering solutions. Our designers are conversant with the latest design ideas – like environmental sustainable design.

We are skilled in every area of electrical engineering, such as:
  • Infrastructure reticulation
  • Switchboards
  • Lighting layouts
  • Sub-circuit wiring
  • Light fittings and fixtures

From the initial in-house CAD design and cost-management service to on-site management and project delivery, we’re your “one stop shop”.

Electrical Draughting Service
Our electrical draftsmen work with the latest technology in AutoCAD design, providing high quality in- house designs and as-built drawings for our Electrical Design Team (EDT).

Maintenance Manual
At the end of every project we produce a maintenance manual, listing all equipment used, and a spare parts and supplier list for our clients. Commercial construction projects have always been our company mainstay. We have an enormous amount of electrical experience after 45 years working on some of the most challenging projects in Auckland.

Consultant Peer reviews
We also provide a “Before Tender” peer review service to Electrical Consultants. Our experienced engineers comment on potential construction issues – before your plan is released to the market.

We listen to what you say, ask questions to make sure we’ve got it clear, and advise you when it is important to the success of your project – in short, we work in partnership with you. That is why most of our clients are long-term, multi-project partners. We also understand that the best outcomes for you come out of collaborating with other electrical subcontractors on your job.
