When the landlord of a prominent industrial property in Penrose needed to modernise its lighting infrastructure, they engaged DGE to deliver a future-focused solution that would enhance site value, support tenant operations, and reduce long-term running costs.
The site, currently tenanted by Boxkraft Limited, a leading packaging manufacturer, comprises three interconnected industrial buildings with drive-around access, 2,700 m² of warehouse space, and 600 m² of office space. DGE replaced more than 200 internal and external lighting assets, upgrading the facility to meet modern performance and safety standards, without disrupting Boxkraft’s ongoing operations.The Scope
DGE was engaged to manage a full lighting replacement across the multi-building industrial site at Hugo Johnston Drive. The scope included:- Full audit of existing lighting systems
